A:To ensure security, we limit withdrawals to 2 times per month. If exceeded, the function will lock and reset at 00:00 on the 1st of each month. Plan your withdrawals accordingly.
 

 
Q9: Why is the Total Order Users count inconsistent with the user count displayed in the list below?
A:This discrepancy arises because the bonus calculation rules in the previous version of the Promotion Alliance differed from the current version. Due to certain gameplay mechanisms, bonuses from subsequent payments (orders or shipping documents) made by some newly invited registered users were not credited to the inviter. However, with the launch of the new version, this issue has been resolved. All bonuses from orders and shipping payments made by users you invited will now be credited to your account.
 

 
Q10:Why does my "Order Users This Month" count seem lower?
A:This is because the Promotion Alliance rules in the old version did not account for first-order users, making it impossible to retrieve historical data. As a result, only the number of first-order users after the launch of the new version is counted here.

Instructions for the Parcel Rehearsal Function

I. Key Advantages

There is no need to pay an estimated international shipping fee in advance. By using Parcel Rehearsal, you can obtain the exact final international shipping cost (provided that the shipping route, packing method, and packing details remain unchanged).

Once the rehearsal is completed and the parcel is submitted, as long as the required fees are paid and the order is not canceled, the parcel can be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding certain holidays).

II. Operation Process

    1. Submit a Parcel Rehearsal

        Go to “Personal Center – Warehouse”, select sub-orders with the status “Available for Parcel Creation”, then click “Rehearsal” and submit.

    2. Information Selection and Payment

        You need to select the recipient information, packing method, packing details, and shipping route in sequence (if no shipping route is available, you may submit the parcel rehearsal without selecting a route).

After completing these selections and paying the ¥20 rehearsal service fee, the parcel rehearsal will be successfully submitted, and our warehouse staff will begin processing your request promptly.

    3. Rehearsal Processing & Cancellation Policy

        After successful submission, our warehouse staff will complete the packing within 24 hours (excluding certain holidays).
If you have any questions about the parcel rehearsal, you may cancel the rehearsal before the product is taken off the shelf, and the ¥20 rehearsal fee will be fully refunded.
Once the product has been taken off the shelf, the rehearsal cannot be canceled.

    4. Submit the Parcel After Rehearsal

        After the parcel rehearsal is completed, you will receive a rehearsal completion notification.
        Kind reminder: If you actively cancel the parcel rehearsal, the paid rehearsal fee will not be refunded.

        At this point, you may click “Submit Parcel” and, if needed, reselect the packing method, packing details, and shipping route.

        ● If you reselect any of the above options, the parcel’s actual weight may differ from the rehearsal estimate, and the final shipping cost will be calculated based on the configuration at submission.
        ● If no changes are made, the estimated weight from the rehearsal will be used as the final parcel weight, and you only need to pay the estimated international shipping fee, with no additional charges required.

  1. RMB Remittance Restriction
    Oopbuy does not accept overseas RMB remittances. Bank settlements typically take 2-3 working days after the remittance to be credited. Please be patient.

  2. International Remittance Fees
    For international remittances, you will need to bear the following bank fees:

    • Hong Kong account remittance: 0.1% + 2.5 USD per transaction
    • Non-Hong Kong account remittance: 0.1% + 7 USD per transaction

    Oopbuy does not charge any service fees. The credited amount will be based on the actual amount received after deducting the bank fees. After completing your remittance, please check your email notifications to confirm the credited amount.

  3. Transfer Limitations
    Within a 24-hour period, each Oopbuy account can make a maximum of 5 transfers, and the amount of each transaction must exceed CNY 20. Submissions exceeding the transfer limit will automatically fail.

  4. Exchange Rate Conversion
    Regardless of the currency used for remittance, Oopbuy will credit your account in RMB after receiving and verifying the payment, based on the Oopbuy website exchange rate at the time of receipt.

  5. Exchange Loss Reminder
    To avoid potential exchange losses caused by currency conversion, please choose the appropriate currency for your remittance.

3. You could pick a suitable time for delivery and remind us to deliver your items to you. If you do not need those items immediately, we recommend you to stock more items and deliver them into one shipment in order to save delivery fee.

I. Introduction Oopbuy Promotion Alliance is a nationwide referral program. Users can generate exclusive promotional links or posters to invite others to register and complete specific actions (such as placing an order, paying for shipping, or signing for the delivery) to earn commissions.

II. Participation Eligibility
[Basic Eligibility]
All registered users of the Oopbuy platform are eligible to participate.
[Compliance Requirements]
The use of false information, fake orders, or any form of cheating is prohibited. Violators will have their accounts frozen and all earnings canceled.

III. Promotion Process and Key Metrics
[Invitation Process]
Step 1: Generate Promotion Materials Log in to your Oopbuy account and navigate to the "Promotion Alliance" page to generate an exclusive promotional link or invitation poster.
Step 2: Invite Registration Share the link or poster to invite others to register.
  • Invited Users: Users who successfully register using your link/poster.
  • Order Users: Invited users who complete at least one order payment.
  • Sign Users: Users who complete an order and have signed for their package.

Step 3: Commission Trigger

  • First Order Commission: Once the invited user completes their first order payment, you will receive a commission of $5.
  • Order Commission: For every order payment completed by the invited user, you earn 1% of the order amount as commission.
  • Shipping Commission: After the invited user confirms package receipt, commission is settled based on 2% to 6% of the shipping fee (depending on the promoter's level).

V. Commission Rules

  • First Order Commission = (Number of first order users) × $5

[Settlement and Withdrawal]
  • Unsettled Commission: Generated after the order payment; can only be withdrawn once the package is signed for.
  • Settled Commission: After package receipt, the commission is automatically transferred to the withdrawable balance.
  • Withdrawal Rules:
    • Withdrawal Frequency: Twice per month.
    • Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals will be processed within 1-3 working days after the application is submitted.

VI. Violation Handling and Risk Control
[Cheating Behaviors]
Cheating behaviors, including but not limited to false registrations, fake orders, or multi-account operations, will result in all commissions being cleared and the account being banned upon verification.
[Data Risk Control]
Frequent registrations from the same IP address or device will be flagged as "suspicious users" and will not be included in the statistics.
[Appeal Mechanism]
If you have any disputes regarding your commission, you may submit an appeal within 7 days after package receipt. After 7 days, the commission is deemed confirmed.
